It strikes me as something that young, white, upper middle class men would find to be daring and interesting and pretty much everyone else would find problems with. Coming from a family of hoarders I can see where too much stuff is a problem, but life is messy.

Even the example of the man who own an apartment and keeps it bare... such a sad looking place.
